Our company rose from humble beginnings as our founder was looking for a low-risk business that could put to use her years of expertise in the services industry. And It’s around a family dinner that the decision was made to start a premium cleaning service to fill the gap in a very demanding market and very few efficient solutions. And thus “Supermaids of Solihull” was born!

Teaching a dedicated team by example, she went in herself to do the cleaning and housekeeping services for the brand’s client at the beginning, to make sure that a premium standard is set from day one.
Day after day, she transmits her attention to detail, and broad customer satisfaction experience to all the professional housekeepers of “Supermaids of”. Her motto is “ If I can do it, anybody can”.
Today, she makes it her mission to visit every new, potential client to discuss their individual requirements, and follow up with each operation ensuring total customer satisfaction is reached!

With considerable experience up his sleeves in running his own large company, Phil is always behind the scenes making sure that all operations run smoothly.
