Who are we?
My name is Prashant Setia, and I am the Managing Director of Ready Care Services. I am a qualified Occupational Therapist who has been in the health care sector for over 20 years. I specialise in neurorehabilitation, re-enablement, major adaptions assessment, manual handling assessment, and double-handed care reviews. I supported Essex County Council with Occupational Therapy Assessments. When I started completing the assessment for Essex County Council, there was a waiting period of 2 years which I and my team helped to get over the waiting list for OT assessment. We completed over 5000 OT assessments and recognised a huge gap for Quality Care Services as there were very few clients who were happy with the care received.
We set up Ready Care Services in 2018 and are proud to achieve positive feedback from our clients.

Pamela has been involved in the Care Sector for over 17years and is responsible for the ongoing Training for our Care Staff, delivering annual updates for both Moving and Positioning and Medication Competency.
Pamela will also been involved in Training, Mentoring and Support for our forthcoming Franchised Branches.
Stacey Brewis
Stacey is our Care Co-Ordinator and has been working within the Care Sector for over 15 years.
Stacey co-ordinates our care staff and has established good working relationships with our clients, their families and our colleagues and she strives to ensure all clients care needs are met.
Stacey has completed her NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership.
Michelle Iizuke
Michelle Iizuka is the Compliance Officer for Ready Care Services. She has been in Health Care for 20 years, starting out as a Healthcare Assistant in the community and in her current role monitor the operational processes and procedures to ensure that Ready Care complies with legal standards. She is compassionate, understanding, a good listener and have always had a passion for helping others. It is a pleasure to be able to have a passion that becomes your profession.
Rebecca Jackson
Rebecca is our Field Care Supervisor and plays a huge role both in and out of the community. Rebecca is the first person that an individual will meet when assessing care needs. Rebecca compiles and tailors care plans and is responsible for ensuring clients continue to feel happy with the care provided.
Rebecca also supervises and monitors our Care Staff in the Community and leads by example.
Rebecca is also responsible for our out of hours “on Call” service.
