Andrew Skalli

Andrew is a passionate and enthusiastic individual who thrives on developing new ideas and creating new food dishes. Andrew has always worked within the hospitality industry and has worked his way up from a waiter within a family business to Operations Manager of a Corporate Hotel. Once Andrew completed his HND in Hospitality Leisure and Tourism he left the family business and focussed his career within corporate pubs and hotels.

In 2014 Andrew left the Corporate environment to start his first business which was a bar with a  Mexican Tequila concept located in Norwich. In 2017 alongside partner Ellie the Nacho Factory was started as they had always wanted to bring food into the business.

Ellie Skalli

Similar to Andrew, Ellie had started her hospitality career by working with family in a pub setting. After finishing her BA in Hospitality Leisure and Tourism Ellie went on to work with reputable hotel chain Marriott working as a Restaurant and Duty Manager. After taking a Gap year in 2009 to travel Ellie returned to the UK and concentrated on widening her skillset and trained in accountancy. Since then Ellie focusses most of her attention on the Nacho Factory business whilst also assisting Andrew with the business development planning of the bar.
