Protec offers you chance of being seen by some of the leading professional club football scouts recruiting for Academy football whilst receiving the best coaching from our U.E.F.A qualified coaches.

Our qualified and experienced staff includes both current and ex-professionals and our own in house professional football scout who provide the highest level coaching and assessment available that is helping Develop home grown Talent for the future.

We offer a wide range of specific training sessions that include, team, personal player assessments conducted by our professional premier league scout and private coaching to accommodate different levels of ability, all of which have been specifically designed to ensure the continual development for those with the ability and desire to progress.

Protec Football Academy founder Pete Edwards began his football career over 25 years ago and has worked full time at 1st team level as part of the backroom coaching staff at Arsenal, Nottingham Forest, Manchester City and Reading before moving on to coaching Academy football.
Pete formed Protec in 1995 with one main aim in mind: To offer talented youngsters the opportunity to maximise their achievements both on and off the pitch, with a unique football training and education package designed to develop the skills required in today’s fast-paced professional game.
